More than likely the problem is that you did not activate your account.
Immediately after you registered we sent you an email with activation instructions. Usually you just click a link in the email to activate your account.

If you never received the email this can be caused by:

- the email you used is incorrect or invalid
- you may have a spam blocker that has intercepted the email for some reason. If you have a spam folder, look there for the email.

If you are unable to find the activation email, send an email to webmaster@mercedesshop.com and ask that another activation email be sent to you.
