I just replied to a post, then discovered I had made a punctuation error.

Where did the edit button go?

It wasn't there on that one post. Now it has re-appeared. I dunno, magic, I guess. Possibly a related problem, but the Shop Forum seems to be running extremely slow. For example, as I type this, the smilies have not yet appeared, and showing 56 items remaining. Would clearing cookies help this? I hate do do that unless necessary because it screws up a lot of other things.

Edit: I just realized that the Quote buttons are gone also. Is that related to the new software?

The problem is on your end.
Clearing cookies may help. You also may have an internet connection problem or something using up resources on your computer.

To clear your Shop Forum cookies just login, log out and login to the Shop Forum. The Log Out button is near the upper right corner the Shop Forum.

I ran an Ad-Aware scan. That seems to have fixed it. Must have been caused by a dose of crapware.
