PROBLEM:
You log in to the Shop Forum but find that you are immediately logged off when you try to post.
SOLUTION:
More than likely, you forgot to check the "Remember Me" box when you logged in.
Be sure to check the "Remember Me" box when you login if you plan to post.
If you did check the "Remember Me" box and are still getting logged off this is almost always a cookie problem.
Clear your cookies!
Here are 3 ways to clear your cookies:
1) Try this first - Login, Log Out and then Log back in to the Shop Forum. Be sure that the "Remember Me" box is checked when you login.
2) If #1 doesn't fix the problem try this - Go to This Link (http://www.mercedesshop.com/shopforum/mycookies.php) and select and delete all cookies shown. Login to the Shop Forum. Be sure that the "Remember Me" box is checked when you login.
3) If #2 doesn't fix the problem try this - Clear all the cookies in your Internet Browser. If using Microsoft Internet Explorer do this: In Internet Explorer click "Tools" on the toolbar at the top of the window. Then click "Internet Options". Click "Delete Cookies". Login to the Shop Forum. Be sure that the "Remember Me" box is checked when you login.
