My daughter's 300 SD (1983) needs the right rear wheel bearing or axle joint replaced. It is making noise. Can anyone recommend a good shop in Minneapolis, MN, area to do the work.

Did you ever find a shop in the Twin Cities?

I used a place called autohaus or something.it's across the street from the excelsior grand complex on excelsior blvd.They were fair and did good work the two times I went there.Good luck.

Just don't go to Quality Coaches on 38th and Nicollet. They kept my car 4 weeks, charged me $1800, didn't fix the problem and the car was filthy! Beware!
