Saw a Moonstone Grey 1996 W140 badged S320(LWB). However, upon close inspection, there is full leather interior(dashboard, door panel, centre armrest, rear shelf all covered with leather which is ONLY standard on S600), 2 tone leather seat(black/grey, Nappa), regular leather steering wheel and shift knob. Regular grill, with Active Filter(small grill on the Hood, close to the wipers), with ASR, ADS, Rear Power Seat, and Burl Walnut Wood. It has 225/60R 16(standard S320 wheel/tire), with S320 Instrument Cluster.

It's very interesting to see it as NO S320 is available with rear power seat, full leather interior nor Burl Walnut. And if it's really is a S320 LWB, why go through all the trouble have S600 interior?? I am sure, with all the extra money spend on having S600 interior/options, that owner would have get a very nicely equipped S500(again, it's a 1996, and 1996 S500 also has 2 tone interior, though no full leather).
