Im trying so hard to add some pictures to my profile,and its telling me that they are too big.I do have a tool to reduce the size,but its not working for me...

Anyone have any clues as to what i should do and how?

You have to compress the picture to reduce the file size. This has been discussed several times in numerous threads like this one (http://www.mercedesshop.com/shopforum/showthread.php?t=143942).

Here are the maximums for profile pics:
File size: 75,000 bytes
Picture size: 640x480 pixels
