what's up? I submitted an online quote for parts almost a week ago and have not gotten a response. Is there a number I can call?

If you submit an inquiry on a Friday sometimes we do not get information back from our supplier until the following Monday. Since I handle the inquiries there is a delay this week as I am out of town and logging into the site remotely. We usually get information out to customers within 24-36 hours of initial inquiry.
