Just completed a service by John. Needed a seat belt replaced but I have a tight scedule. Spoke with John, he ordered the part, made an appointment at my office (showed up exactly on time) and twenty minutes later I had a brand new, fully functioning seat belt installed in my S320.... at half the dealer quoted price.
