I recently requested information on a fuel pressure regulator for my C280 and received part number 000 078 18 89. The existing regulator has part number 000 078 15 89 on it. Is this an updated part number or could I have the wrong part on the car?

000 078 18 89 is the correct pressure regulator for your 1995 C280 (104.941). Originally it came with a 000 078 14 89 but, that has been replaced by the 18 89.
