I sent an order on Thursday 9-7-00 and received it on Monday 9-11-00. I was expecting that it might take a week or so (didn't matter, no hurry) but I got it on the third business day.

We were able to source your order from a supplier on the West coast so your order didn't have far to travel.

We've been acquiring more new suppliers so that we can get:
1) Better prices and
2) Faster and cheaper shipping
all while maintaining the highest quality.

We still trying to find more and better sources for special tools. That's been a tough one for us.
