I see a lot of W123's in this area. What do you think? Chime in if you are interested. I think it would be neet to see a number of W123's at a Waffle House or restaurant. Just to meet some more owners in the area look at the cars, BS, share some information, etc.

That would be neat. There are a fair number of us eccentric Dieselheads around metro Atlanta.

Conyers/Lawrenceville and the like are on the other side of the world from me (believe it or not, close to downtown...) but nonetheless I'll go with the consensus.

Let's do this. I've been emailing offlist with carusle about this. In December I'll be having a holiday get-together at my shop and would love to couple this event with it as well. Nothing too fancy, just a simple time for folks to hang out, enjoy the day and meet other fellow enthusiasts. As it stands I am thinking about the 9th of December. Any thoughts on that?

Also, it seems we should move this discussion to the "Events" section as the "Shops" section is not the most appropriate place for this.

Let's get this ball rolling.

If you see a black 300CD going 35 miles UP GA400  early in the morning and 35 miles DOWN GA400 (and the Connector)  in the early evening, that is yours truly.

There is no better commuter car to beat back and forth than an old 123. I would run a new car (with a 48-month payment...) into the ground in 3 yrs.

I'm in for a G-T-G.

I'm in for a G-T-G.I think our paths crossed on GA-400NB a month or two ago - red non-turbo wagon that scooted in front of you from the on-ramp of Holcomb Bridge.

Donna and I will be there.

Yes indeed, that was I. I remember your wagon. Very cool - small world.

Calendar for that Saturday looks open at the moment. Will see if my wife wants to attend - I hope she does. She loves the CD but doesn't like to drive it on account of being "nervous about driving a Mercedes."

I hope she gets used to it because she will likely be getting one this Spring. :D :D :D
