need a glow plug reamer for my 1995 e300 diesel. either borrow or rent here in atlanta. no one, not even the dealers seem to have one for this engine OM606, 24 valve, normally asperated. thanks, dave

Alternatively, you can buy one from Baum (www.baumtools.com) for about $55. It's part no. B606-0053.

A 61x reamer will also work in your engine.

Sears has a thread reamer that is the same pitch as the glow plugs. I think it was 7.99 or somewhere around that.

I guess I need to make a slight clarification on my post. The thread reamer that I use is just to clean the threads and not the actual port. I've received a number of PM's from members thinking that my tool does it all. Sorry for any confusion.
The tool you guys are looking for should look like the first picture. Mine looks like the second one.
