Hi Folks,
Have tried now for several days to access the buy parts link and each time there is a delay, as if server not found and then the message;
The page cannot be displayed
Anyone know if this is an issue. Or am I the only one.
Sorry forgot to mention that this occurs when I put in a year for Mercedes and then click search catologue.
Thanks.

Everything is working fine as far as I can tell.
I tested it on IE & Firefox.
You may have something misconfigured in your browser or a firewall is blocking the content.

Hi,
still no joy, I have turned off my firewall and my pop up blocker and it's still the same, when I go to buy parts Fastlane opens fine and I can go to a year in the catologue ok and when I select Mercedes it doesn't find server.
I'm not in the USA but never had a problem before.

Hi,
Cleared my cookies and history and still no joy.
Thanks.
It must be a simple user error on my part, or; ?

Hi,
that link takes me to the fastlane page, which I am already able to access when I click but parts, however when I select the year for my car and search catlogue, it wont find the server and says the page cannot be displayed.
I shall try someone else's computer on Monday and see what happens.

Mad Mick: Using IE? Try Firefox. I also suggest this:
In IE: Tools: Internet options. Advanced tab. under browsing, 3rd option before "Underline links" is "Show friendly HTTP error messages" - uncheck it. If you get page not displayed still, it's serverside. If it shows Something "weird-looking" it's probably a server isssue - I can see it's an active server page (ASP). IE, for whatever reason, thinks not telling you the actual issue is a good thing.

Hey, Tomguy.
A big thanks to you;
Unchecked error message and still the same and then I thought about the server you mentioned and the only recent change with my PC is that I had wireless broadband installed in place of a dial up connection.
Disconnected broadband and then used dial up and can access the parts pages fine.
This must be an issue with my Broadband provider and I shall contact them on Monday.
Thanks again for helping me to think laterally for a change.
Mad Mick.
