I don't know if it fits an 1985 190D. It fits the 602.962 for sure, so if you look up the tool for each of them and it's the same.... you're in luck!

On ebay there is one for sale (I know i can't just trust it) but it says will fit 601 and 602

I too would like to have one on my hands. Anyone ever worked on removing the delivery valve? Anyone know what causes it to leak? Is it the seal ring underneath?
