I want to invest in a dial guage ditial with metric & inchs. I would like an opinion on a good quality tool to use for brake work and wheel bearing hub work on my two Mercedes-Benz's 1968 280SL and 1992 W124 300-E.

Does any one have any ideas and sources. I don't quite know the particular specifications I need to ask for " measuring tolerances" Can someone fill me in. I was Looking a three maufactors Hahn & Kolb Germany, ATE continal Teeves, Germany and Mitsatoyo Japan.
