Ben is a prima dona.
He is good but way too expensive and won't admit he has ever made a mistake. After his crew left off parts, broke parts and then re-installed broken trim-wasting my time, he had no apologies. His postion on nearly every matter is that there is one way to correct the problem (his) and it will be expensive.
Ultimately, he told me not to bring my 560SL back. Why, I asked: His answer was, "I haven't lost money on your car yet but I might".
Do yourself a favor and find someone who will appreciate your business and work with you and not simply see you as another dollar.
