Excuse the dumb question. I'm having a free head unit installation done at Best Buy today. Should I tip the installer, and if yes, how much, and should I tip before the installation?

It's a low end Pioneer, but I want a decent job done.

Besides heat shrinking wires, is there anything else I should ask to have done?
