Were I to offer one of the afore mentioned, would there be any demand for RENTAL from anyone? I do mean a deposit, just like the local AP store. Said deposit would cover me in case of any non return, I can't give away tools.

Are you talking about a full refund upon return of an undamaged and clean tool? If not (and I assume not), how much would be missing from the deposit?

Right now, I'm seeing if there is any interest. I'm not looking to obtain tools for free, yet some of these things are simply out of reach on their own. The cruise adapter is just way too expensive. I'll live without before I buy an adapter to see if I need a new amp. It would be necessary for folks to send me their unit, and me to check, for a fee. I would need to keep a certain amount of deposit on the reamer. I'm not a corporation, just a person working on my cars. A spring compressor seems to be in demand, haven't looked into that. I don't need to make mucho denaro, yet were I able to recoup at least a portion of my outlay, in a reasonable amount of time, I'll look into it. Hence, the question.

Since my car's cruise control system was gone long ago, I'm only interested in the reamer. I'm not interested in buying a tool I'll only use 5 times (in one day) and then let it collect dust. By the same token, I'm not looking for somethin' for nothin' either.

Thanks!

I'm with you on that, I'll look into the reamer, and report back.
