The 260E ran the same tire size as the 300E which was 195/65/15. If so, then 225/50/16 will match the rolling radius so speedo/odo will not require any recalibration. I can't recall how to accurately measure offset of a rim. Rob, help? I believe that the offset of the stock 260E rim is 25ET. Best to contact Lorinser as to the offset of their wheel just to be sure. Once you know the offset of the Lorinser wheel you can contact TireRack and ask them what offset would be required to make sure everything fits with the wider rubber. TireRack has a pretty good datebase as to what fits with what. Best of Luck...Lee |
