These pins are single use = once installed they are trash if removed...
* The pins should be driven into place with a hammer and BRASS drift.
* If the harmonic is installed correctly = not 180 degrees off, the pin will be cut slightly and deformed only enough to assume the exact size/shape of the retainer holes...
* The cap screws that hold the pulley to harmonic balancer must be replaced with NEW, the old ones can shear off, dropping the pulley on the road to smash under your vehicle.
