It sounds so modern, I can't believe the car is an '83. What mods did you make to it, and where did you find a Euro version with a stick shift? Would you recommend an early 80s 107 with a stick to others or does it require a lot of attention and expense? Are parts hard to source for it? Really sounds amazing. MB only made a handful of M116s with the manual (learned this just recently!), and they didn't make any of the M117s with the manual. Has to be converted the hard way if you going to make one.
