I have a 2004 e500 with airmatic suspension and would like to reprogram my computer to lower the vehicle. Does anyone know of a shop in seattle that has a "star diagnostic" machine? Even if it's outside of seattle I'd be willing to drive.

i don't know of any in seattle, but the ones here locally would not attempt to modify the settings to lower the vehicle liability would be too great, your car sits at the level it does for a reason, i personally have a star diag machine and would not do it. i would recommend you leave it as is, would be to easy to cause issues when messing with vehicle level
