Hi Mauri or anyone else who knows where to get an exhaust header for the 606 turbo. My factory one is cracked and I have an upgraded turbo. I believe a header is in order.

I believe they all make them from scratch.

When I get around to doing something with mine, I'm just going to fab one up. I have a slab of 1/2" stainless plate at home for the flange.

If you want to go with something exotic like inconel, some of the Indy guys use Burns Stainless but the price is equally exotic:

Does one have to use stainless? or can you use regular steel, and what type or reg. cold rolled, spring, etc??

Does anyone have a picture of a custom 606 turbo exhaust header? The previous pictures of Mauri's I am unable to find anymore.

I have someone who will fabricate one for me but I want to give him that picture too.
