Hi all,

I have read quite a few posts here about the Becker system I have in my W140 S500. It is a Becker Mexico 2000 unit with a 10 CD changer with the BOSE 11 speakers system.

The system is not bad but seem to be lacking some clarity/resolution and BASE. Well, maybe a little bit too much hiss sound.

I read in some posts here saying that I cannot just exchange the head unit because the interface for Becker are all different.

Can someone please explain some options for me (please speak in dummy terms) .
