I own a 2000 black ML. I have one of those bumpers covers that are painted to match the body color.

Recently I have discover on the bumper what appears to be hard water stains and I can't get it to come off. And it is only on the bumper cover no where else.

I am woundering if it could be a defective paint job.

Has anyone experienced this problem.
