i sometimes get the icon colour in red or yellow to indicate opened topics.
at other times they are all yellow????
why???

The yellow folders indicate older posts. If you click on the "Snap-On toolbox" at the top of the Shop Forum 2 times in a row it will reset your cookies. This will make your red folders turn yellow. To prevent this, it's best to use the back button on your browser to return to the main Shop Forum page.
