Clean carfax
No rust, no leaks, does not leak water in, window seals good
hairline dash crack and arm rest, no dents, dings etc., ext. paint just needs buffing.
'rebuilt engine' and 'rebuilt trans'
new climate control switches, AC cold-converted to r134.
new bearings and tie rods
maybe new glo plugs. starts fine in cold climate.
valves adjusted recently.
driver's seat springy
no tears etc in interior
electric fan replaced
boots on rear axle shafts good.brakes, tires etc. good

carfax reads as bought from eastern auction (dealer) in '96
at 207 K miles.
Owner's friend bought it and then soon after, wally bought it.
Now has 209K miles.

carfax is clean 100% (relatively as far as carfax goes)
