I just purchase 1998 s420. When I got a car a week later I notice that this car has the air conditioning problem so I went to mechanic they told me, the A/C dried out, so they told me to buy a134 fill in. I did that, after I fill one can I heard very laugh noise when compressor kid in, but not noise from the compressor from some where else. be hide head light area.
So i think the cooling is not enough so I add 2 more can I saw a smoke came out of the tank be hide the head light and the liquid just run out at the tank.
What should I do to make the A/C working??????? Please help.

First, where are you so we can give specific advise on a shop in your area.
This is not the place for advise on what to do with the A/C. There are other places to discuss specific things related to the A/C.
Also, find another mechanic, preferably an AC shop. Take it to them to diagnose the problem, you probably have a leak. Do not add anything yourself, its a waste of $$ until you get a leak check and replace items that are leaking.

salay email'ed me saying its in the shop and they found the dryer can blown. Not surprising, too much gas and things go boom!
