I am creating an altar of sorts for the Mercedesshop window sticker you graciously provided me during my visit last Saturday!

WHAT A PLACE!! MB Autowerks "shines like a beacon" to all who venture North on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. from Atlanta. The shop is absolutley gorgeous and I want to thank Bill and Donnie for taking so much time out of their day to show me around.

I truly enjoyed the experience of my visit. MB Autowerks has a unique approach to the market and with the Kleemann connection will be viewed as a leader in the performance market as well.

Congratulations on such a fine job! I look forward to seeing you both again soon

 :) :D

It ain't far Dan - it is over in Duluth. Head out I85 north past the perimeter. Don't remember the exit.

If I go up there this summer to get the 560 I might stop by.

Easy to find Dan, shoot I travelled 2,000 miles and set out from downtown Atlanta without a map and found it, piece of cake.

That is one impressive shop isn't it Presidente? Bright white and clean, well laid out and room to for everything. It is by far the brightest shop I have ever been in, the white walls and floor make a world of difference. The day I was there, there was a C class up on the lift with the tranny out. I did not need any additional light to see fine detail under the car and I got to watch Donnie work the Kleeman project CLK while it was being put together :).

If any members find themselves in the Atlanta area and have a little time to kill, I recommend the 20 minutes or so it takes to cruise on out.

Manny,

Your E-Class will have no trouble "shaving" time off the trip....you should make plans to head to Atlanta sometime.

Dan,

Duluth is roughly 20 minutes (or so) away from Lawrenceville. Let me know if you come up...I'll join you for a beer and can "exercise" your digital camera on some of the best "slammed" MB's Atlanta has to offer.

Jim,

Hope you had a good birthday and look forward to seeing you again when a gathering develops.

Mike, (last, but not least)....

I only got to see the pics of the Kleemann install. But Bill's vivid description of driving the beast has inspired me to seek a faster ride.:D

Bill and Donnie are both very friendly and open and I think they have the right recipe for tremendous success! Hopefully, more forum members will take the trek to MB Autowerks when they can.

It's the Suwanee Exit on I-85 just north of the Mall of Georgia exit I think. After exiting you go west a couple of miles to Peachtree Industrial then turn right. It's on the left side about a quarter of a mile up.

It's definitely worth the drive. I haul myself 35 miles to go there for service.

take the 285 around town, jump off at Peachtree Industrial and head out of town. A little slower pace that takes you straight to the shop.

Or jump off 85 at the Lawrenceville highway and head in to Duluth, then take the 23 toward Buford, when you hit the 20 hang a left and go up to Peachtree (next main intersection if I remember), and hang a left and the shop will be on your right. This is the way I meandered one evening when I had nothing to do, and stumbled upon the shop by chance. At the 23/20 intersection there is a Krystal's - I hadn't had a Krystal's burger in at least 10 years (back when the going rate was 10 for $2.50) so I grabbed a couple for old times sake. Nice route for a lazy day.

Yes I have been to the Great MB Shop in the hills of Atlanta, very nice people, fair prices, and excellent work.
