Hey all:
Met up with Placo1 and Norman Anthony this morning at the Fallbrook Cafe in Fallbrook, Ca. Great breakfast and company and a fun day comparing our 124.036's :D

Nice pictures... beautiful cars !
Glen:
By any chance do you have a close-up picture from your new OZ wheels ? Are you looking forward to get the bumper filler to delete your front license plate as Afshin did ?
Thank you for sharing your pictures with all the members.
:)
Here's a slightly better picture of the wheels on the car:

I'll take some close-ups of the wheels and post them in a day or so.
I'm going to be ordering the filler panel soon...it really cleans up the front of the car

Glen,
Thanks for putting those up, what a great time!
Ernesto,
Pictures really don't do justice for those wheels, they really have some beautiful details and update the car perfectly. You'll probably have a chance to see them when we do the grille install!

Glen,
I will be waiting for the pictures of the wheels... Thanks in advance !
Afshin,
Is Glen going to join us when we are doing the grill upgrade ? It will be my pleasure to finally meet with him. May I ask if you are going to have the new set of Carlssons on your car by that time ?
It's worthy to still believe in Santa Claus ;)

Ernesto,
Glen will hopefully join us for the install, his vast knowledge would certianly be appreciated and it's always good to converse with forum members at GTG's.
I'm confident Santa won't be bringing me the wheeels, I think his sled is already full of my other toys! I should have the updated rear lights installed and of course the new grille.
I also just found out my battery had a small leak and I will be replacing my battery tray and holders to bring it back to spec.
Esvic,
Give Phil at Partshop a call, thats where I purchased mine. The 92 - 93 comes in black and you will need your Paint Code for the 94's. Definitely worth the investment and knock on wood, officers haven't bothered me about it yet.

Patience Afshin... just a little patience ! After Christmas there are plenty of excuses to get the new wheels, like Valentine's Day ;)
Which rear lights are you getting ? Smoke / Red or Clear / Red ?
Ernesto,
Here are some close-ups:

Glen,
Thank you very much for the pictures. Your wheels are beautiful. It is the first time that I see that OZ model on a Mercedes. They look so unique... and with very good taste.
